Founded in 2003 by John L. Wallace – Wallace Associates, LLC is at the forefront in providing value-added construction services to our customers by creating a successful partnership with them throughout the construction process. We employ a core management team of construction professionals with over 100 years of combined construction experience. Our pledge is to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations, and by gaining their trust through exceptional performance from our construction team. Leadership
Charles E. Adair – President / C.E.O.
Chuck succeeded John Wallace in 2014 as President / C.E.O. He has been actively engaged in all phases of construction for over 30 years. With a strong background in estimating and project procurement, Chuck has a solid knowledge of building systems, building codes, and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration requirements. Chuck is a licensed Commercial General Contractor by the State of Florida (CGC 058394). He is a graduate of M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Norris G. “Buddy” Cole – Senior Vice President / C.O.O.
Buddy began his career in the construction industry in 1987 and is knowledgeable in estimating, project procurement, building systems & codes, Agency for Health Care Administration, and operating procedures. Buddy’s practicable expertise, professionalism, and natural leadership acumen advanced him to his current position as managing partner and C.O.O. of Wallace Associates, LLC. Buddy is LEED AP credited, and licensed as a Commercial General Contractor by the State of Florida (CGC 1519689) and by the State of Georgia (GCQA005279).
Thomas M. LoCicero – Vice President / Senior Project Manager
Thomas has 20 years of experience in the construction industry including Residential, Industrial, and Class ‘A’ Commercial builds. Thomas started at Wallace Associates, LLC as a Project Engineer, and proved to be a valued team member with demonstrated passion for the industry and leadership skills which elevated him to a managing partner. His drive and knowledge assures our clients / partners of quality construction that is achieved on schedule, within budget, and completed inside a safe work environment. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science Building Construction Degree from the University of North Florida, and is licensed as a Commercial General Contractor by the State of Florida (CGC 1522215).
