Wallace Associates, L.L.C. was founded in 2003 by John Wallace and a core management team that had previously worked together for many successful years. Over those years, we developed a management style that enables us to operate efficiently and cost effectively, while providing our clients with a degree of service and professionalism far exceeding that of companies similar in size.

While our specialty lies in healthcare and medically related construction, we have successfully completed projects in numerous sectors, including commercial, banking, parking garages, industrial and institutional construction, as well as design-build partnerships. Our track record with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) is excellent, as is our reputation and relationship with healthcare architectural and engineering firms.

Mr. Wallace has worked continuously in the health care market since 1980 and in the building construction industry since 1971.

He has an in-depth knowledge of Florida’s construction market requirements, especially in healthcare, and a solid reputation for his integrity and quality construction results. Having worked in the industry as both superintendent and project manager has given Mr. Wallace invaluable experience in working with the Agency for Health Care Administration.
